How it works

Everything happens by phone, video call and email, so there’s no meeting to fit around your jobs. You know the price and the plan before anything starts.

  1. A short phone or video call about your business, your customers and what your current site is or isn’t doing. You get honest advice, even if it’s “you don’t need us yet”.

  2. A written scope and a fixed price, with a timeline. Nothing starts until you say yes and pay the deposit.

  3. We write and design the site, then send a private preview link, so you can try it on your own phone before anyone else sees it.

  4. We connect your domain, run the launch checks on phones and computers, set it up for Google to read, and hand over your files.

Questions

Do we need to meet?

No. We work entirely online: a phone or video call to start, then email and a private preview link you can try on your own phone. You never have to take time off a job.

I don’t have a website at all. Is that a problem?

Not at all. A one-page site with your services, your areas and a quote form is often all a new trade business needs to start getting calls from Google.

Can you redesign our existing website?

Yes. We look at what you have, keep what’s working and fix what isn’t. Most redesigns keep the same domain, so your email and Google listing carry on as normal.

Can we keep our current domain?

Usually, yes. We need access to the account where it’s registered, and we’ll walk you through finding it if you’re not sure where that is.

What do you need from us?

Your logo if you have one, the services you offer, the areas you cover, your contact details and photos of your work. If you don’t have good photos, we’ll tell you what to take on your next few jobs.

Do I have to write the words myself?

No. Tell us about your work on a phone call or in a voice message, and we write the pages for you to check. Nothing goes live until you’re happy with every word.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of the site and how quickly we get your content. Your quote includes a timeline, and we’ll tell you early if anything is holding it up.

Do I have to pay monthly?

No. Website care is optional and month to month. If you’d rather look after the site yourself, we’ll hand it over.

Will it show up on Google?

Every site is set up so Google can read it: page titles, descriptions, your business details and the suburbs you cover. Where you rank also depends on your Google Business Profile and reviews, and we’ll show you how to set those up.
